Home Buyer’s Agent in Raleigh

You have many choices when deciding on whom to hire as your Home Buyer’s Agent in Raleigh and I have several reasons why that agent should be me! I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, which means I am held to a higher standard of education and ethics than someone who is not a Realtor®. In addition, I am a licensed Broker which means that I have a combination of additional education and experience that can benefit you.

Raleigh is such a wonderful melting pot of people from all over the country and the world. I have lived here my entire life and watched it grow from a small city, to a lively and booming area with plenty to offer everyone. I believe finding a home buyer’s agent in Raleigh that is from the area, knows the ins-and-outs and the neighborhoods that are hidden gems is crucial in finding the best location for you.

One of the attributes that sets me apart from many Raleigh Real Estate Agents is my initial consultation, also referred to as a “coffee consultation”. I like to sit down with my prospective clients and talk about what is important in terms of design preferences, home size, lifestyle, neighborhood and desired area. Meeting for a cup of coffee or just sitting in my office to chat for a bit always seems to help myself and the client understand our common goals and makes the home buying experience more efficient.

Finally and maybe most importantly, I am a full time Raleigh Realtor. This means that I am easily accessible by phone, email or text 7 days a week. This isn’t a hobby or a second job, this is my career and I am actively involved in the Raleigh real estate market every day. Many times I know when new listings in hot neighborhoods are going to hit the market and sometimes that in demand new listing is a perfect fit for one of my clients. Being ahead of the game ensures my clients they are able to have the opportunity to find the house of their dreams!
